Welcome to the Radium Hot Springs!
Here you will find the largest hot springs facility in the Canadian Rockies! Located at the base of a dramatic rock wall in Sinclair Canyon, Radium Hot Springs offers visitors a National Park experience like no other: fantastic canyon views, wildlife viewing opportunities, hiking, picnicking and strolling are just some of the activities that can complement a visit to soak in Kootenay National Park’s famous hot springs.
Visitors to the hot springs can also treat themselves to wellness treatments at the day spa - Pleiades Massage and Spa. The beautiful environment of this spacious spa is the perfect place to de-stress and enjoy a massage or skin treatment. The spa features natural lighting in the treatments rooms, a steam room, plunge pool, separate change rooms and showers. Please ensure that you take a look at this area on the ground floor level.
Familiarization Tours and Media Visits
We are always happy to assist you with a guided tour at the hot springs. During the guided tour a staff member will walk you through the facility showing you all the ameneties and features, as well, provide an explanation of the history, hydrology, and answer any questions that you should have. In addition, enjoying the experience yourself is a must, after the tour you are welcome to enjoy a soak on us.

The Coolest Kids in Canada!
Did you know that Radium Hot Springs is home to Canada’s only swim club that trains outdoors in winter? Members of the Columbia Valley Otters Swim Club don’t mind a little frost in the air when they dive into the 29 degree hot spring swimming pool to practice their strokes. Whether recreational or serious, athletic types can enjoy the Olympic-sized lap pool during any of the weekends in winter. As any Swim Club enthusiast will tell you, it’s a great place for a work-out before heading for a soak in the 39 degree hot pool.
Winter Stress- Buster
There are still places where you can find true serenity and relaxation in the Canadian Rockies. Your quiet view of nature from the luxury of a hot mineral springs pool is waiting for you if you visit early on most afternoons during the late fall and throughout the winter months in Radium Hot Springs. Imagine the snowflakes slowly falling as autumn turns to winter in this stunning canyon location. Move over to the spa and treat yourself to a European Rose Body Mud Wrap or a specialized massage treatment in Pleiades Massage and Spa.
