DESCRIPTION: After recently returning to western Canada from Ontario, I realized how much I had missed the beauty of this of this part of our country. I wanted to come up with a design that would include a variety of mountain wild flowers and the wreath of flowers evolved as the best way to do this.
ARTIST'S BIO: Donna was born and raised in Lloydminster and later attended the University of Alberta. She has lived in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario and currently resides in Calgary. The creation of stained glass pieces has been a hobby for her since 2000 and she loves the challenge of working with glass and the beauty of this medium.
