TITLE: Whee-oo, chuck-chuck...
ARTIST: Joan Cobb-Beaumont
DIMENSIONS: 12" x 19"
PRICE: $1100.00
DESCRIPTION: "No matter how remote you find yourself in the mountains of Canada, when you pause to reflect on your surroundings and have a snack, you will most often hear the faint flutter of wings, announcing the arrival of the Gray Jay or Whisky Jack. Depicted here at the Paint Pots in Kootenay National Park, I reflect with these jays on the visitors who ve visited this special place over the centuries."

Her works have been displayed and sold at shows and galleries in Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario and are found in private collections throughout Canada, England, Australia and New Zealand. Joan loves to travel and it is an important influence in her life. Currently, she creates unique pieces in glass from her home-based studio in Calgary.
