* We recommend making Spa Treatment appointments 1-5 days in advance. Please plan on arriving 10 to 15 minutes early.
What to wear
- a swimsuit for use in the steam room and pools. Robes, towels and sandals will be provided.
- no special clothing will be needed; most people prefer to disrobe completely and remove their jewelry before their session. During your massage, your therapist keeps your entire body draped and only undrapes the area that is being massaged. If you prefer to leave your undergarments on, that is fine.
Cancellation Policy
- Please call at least 2 hours prior to your appointment to cancel. A message can be left after hours on our answering machine.
- A 50% of service charge will be charged for no prior notice.
Groups
- We can accomodate groups of up to 5 people at any one time
- Group visits must be arranged in advance
- A 50% deposit is required to hold a group booking

Children
We encourage parents of children of all ages to introduce them to the many health benefits a massage will bring. All of our therapists enjoy the opportunity to introduce young people to massage therapy. No age restrictions apply.

Spa Tips
- Please change into your robe in the dressing room or treatment room.
- Lockers are available in dressing rooms for clothing and valuables.
- It is our job to make you as relaxed and comfortable as possible so you enjoy the benefits of our treatments.
- Take the time to relax in the mineral hot springs, plunge pool or steam room. All of our services include complimentary use of the Steam Room and Plunge Pool. Use of the steam room and plunge pool without other spa services is $20.00. Appointments required.
- If you plan to use the hot springs pool before your appointment, please arrive 30-45 minutes early to allow time to change and to enjoy the pool before your treatment.
Hot Spring Pool Use
- Compliment your treatment or package with a soak in Banff's only Natural Mineral Hot Springs.
- Pool passes may be purchased at the same time as your spa service.
Health Guidelines
It is important to mention any health or medical conditions you may have (eg: high blood pressure, heart problems, headaches, varicose veins, recent surgery, injuries, common cold, flu, skin rashes, pregnancy, etc.) A therapist can advise you as to the best treatment suggestions.
