Spa Tips

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will ensure that you have ample time to complete a brief client profile form and prepare for your session. If you would like to utilize our aromatherapy steam room and/or plunge pool before your treatment, allow an additional 15 minutes. Pease note that should you arrive late, your treatment will need to be completed in the allotted time scheduled in order to prepare for the next treatment.

When you arrive at the Spa you will receive a Spa robe and sandals for use during your visit, along with a key and lock for a locker in the Spa locker room. If you would like to use our aromatherapy steam room, plunge pool and/or the Radium Hot Springs pool, you will need a bathing suite and can either bring your own or rent one at the Hot Springs pool desk. For your comfort, we recommend that you change into your robe prior to your Spa treatment. During your massage, your therapist keeps your entire body draped and only undrapes the area that is currently being massaged. If you will feel more comfortable leaving your undergarments or bathing suite on, you are encouraged to do so.

Complement your treatment or package with a soak in Radium's Natural Mineral Hot Springs. Pool passes, if desired, can be purchased at the same time as your Spa service. If you plan to use the Radium Hot Springs pool prior to your Spa appointment, please arrive 30 - 45 minutes in advance. This will insure that you have time to change your clothes and enjoy the pool before beginning your treatment.

Upon arrival at the Spa you will be given a brief profile form to fill out. This will give you the opportunity to provide your therapist with information regarding any health or medical conditions you may have (e.g. high blood pressure, heart problems, headaches, varicose veins, recent surgery, injuries, cold, flu, skin rashes, pregnancy, etc). This will assist your therapist to advise you as to the most appropriate treatment.

Lockers are available in the Spa dressing rooms for your clothing and valuables. You will receive a lock and key upon checking in when you arrive at the Spa. Please remember to return them upon leaving.

All of our services include complementary use of the Spa's aromatherapy steam room and plunge pool. Use of the steam room and plunge pool without other spa services is $ 15.00. Appointments are encouraged.
